PIII.05.a2 Anaplastic choroid plexus papilloma (MT x100). Partial disorganization of the papillary architecture, poorly differentiated cells, and signs of rapid growth (hyperchromasia, mitoses). Lesions with even more pronounced changes and proliferative activity are referred to as "choroid plexus carcinoma"; the possibility of a metastasis of a visceral carcinoma has then to be ruled out.
